To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jyh Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the parties agree to mediation before pursuing litigation.
Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the Last Updated date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any service agreements and other documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jyh Group Inc. regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
